When it comes to selling or purchasing your next home or investment property there is a lot more to it than simply “location, location, location.” There are many factors to consider and variables to carefully weigh when making such major decisions. And that’s where a well-rounded professional with a deep and diverse background like myself can help you navigate the process.
Born and bred in Miami, I have been connected to the world of real estate in multiple ways over my entire professional career. From my years as a civil engineer designing the utilities infrastructure for residential developments, to managing the construction of regional treatment plants, to overseeing the transformation of the University of Miami Frost School of Music’s campus as its Dean of Administration, I have been involved in virtually all facets of the process: from cost estimating, feasibility studies, financing, permitting and construction management, to obtaining a final CO (certificate of occupancy) for the finished product.
In both residential and commercial real estate, you are best served by having an experienced ally by your side—someone who has your best interests at heart, knows how to anticipate and avoid the potential pitfalls, and is able to get things done quickly and efficiently. I am a strong negotiator and ardent advocate for my clients, possess an impeccable work ethic, and will commit to making your real estate transaction the BEST experience from start to finish. Let’s do this!!
