Celebration, right next to the Walt Disney World Resort and about 22 miles southwest of Orlando, is a census-designated place and an unincorporated master-planned community in Osceola County.

It was developed by The Walt Disney Company. It has everything a small town would offer: parks throughout, fire department, post office, schools, churches, movie theaters, a hospital, a golf course, a hotel and a downtown main street with a variety of shops and restaurants.

Celebration is a broad mix of residential offerings including condominiums and townhomes, as well as terrace, bungalow, garden, cottage, village, manor and estate homes.
