Attics can have so much potential. This open space, usually found above the garage, can make an amazing room, as long as it has easy access. Just finish the walls and floors, add lighting and air, and voilà… you just added more square footage to your home and the perfect place for you to relax and get inspired in your new art or music studio.
Interestingly, I showed this room while I had the listing, and while art workshops are not typically tidy, with brushes, paint, canvases and stuff all over the place, everyone who saw this room got inspired and quickly made it their favorite room in the house.
