We Do Business in Accordance With the Federal Fair Housing Law

(The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988)

It is illegal to Discriminate against any Person because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Familial Status, or National Origin:

  • In the sale or rental of housing or residential lots
  • In advertising the sale or rental of housing
  • In the financing of housing
  • In the provision of real estate brokerage services
  • In the appraisal of housing
  • Blockbusting is also illegal

Real Property International fully supports the principles of the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended, which generally prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents of legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability). In addition, we contractually comply, in all respects, with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the real estate industry, including without limitation, the requirements imposed by the Fair Housing Act. As an adjunct to the foregoing commitment, Real Property International actively promotes, and is committed to, creating and fostering an environment of diversity. Real Property International views such a concept as a critical component to the on-going success of its business operations.

Anyone who feels he or she has been discriminated against may file a complaint of housing discrimination:
